How do you handle the closing process?
We offer both traditional and remote digital closings to accommodate our nationwide and international investors. Our team coordinates with title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth closing process. We can fund within 5 business days after final underwriting approval, compared to the 45 to 60 days typical with conventional lenders. Additionally, we offer post-closing support to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise after your funding closing.
